What I liked and didn’t like about Zero Friction Fat Loss:

What Don’t I Like About Zero Friction Fat Loss?

1.    I have researched diet and weight loss, quite extensively on the internet, and I found some of the information a bit simple and basic, and already knew some it.  Not that I ever put it into action until now.

2.    I found the website to be a bit long winded, with a lot of good information to get through before being able to order (3-4 pages), and this does make the order process a bit hard. I guess they have set it up this way, to make sure only people that are truly determined to lose weight enroll in the program. Still I would have preferred to have bought it on Amazon or EBay but it is not available anywhere else.

3.    If you enjoy going to the gym, and are looking for a complete exercise routine/package, this is not the program for you. It does not contain any information, about cardio, weight or ab workouts. It is designed to help you lose weight without “sweating it up” at the gym.

4.    Zero Friction fat loss, is not a diet that you will be following for years to come. There are no pre-prepared meals offered, or any shakes etc. It is designed to help you lose 12 pounds ever 15 days, so once you have reached you goal weight, you will just incorporate eating those everyday foods at the rights times into you new healthy lifestyle.

5.    I found the website to be a bit cartoonish, and the little animation on the top every page, irritated me (not sure why, haha). It just didn’t seem as “hype”, or persuading as those supplement websites, I guess they are not trying to go for the hard sell, rather let the facts speak for themselves. Anyway it’s probably just my issue. Read the content and make up your own mind.


What I Do Like About Zero Friction Fat Loss

1.    The “Fast Food Survival Guide”!!! I have never come across any diet in which you can actually eat fast food and still stay on the diet, it really put my mind at easy. The guide teaches you exactly what food foods are safe, and what food you shouldn’t be eating at the fast food restaurants. I really loved this book, not only for me, but now when I take my children, I can steer them to the more healthy options and make informed decisions.

2.    It is such an easy diet to follow. It really just fits straight into your everyday life. After a few days it didn’t feel like I was on a diet, but the results were there. Nothing like those “all shake” or no calorie/carbohydrate diets, which I was never able to follow for more than a week.

3.    It is delivered instantly, no postage and no waiting. This meant I was able to start the diet immediately, which was great for my motivation, as I was determined to take action right then and not in 3-5 working days. 

4.    I always know exactly what and how much I need to eat at what times of day.  It is so nice, not to have to think about it, or count calories etc. The meal generator does all the hard work for me. I think this is a major reason why I have found it so easy to stick to this diet.

5.    You are able to lose weight without having to stave yourself, or spend loads of money on supplements, or pre-prepared meals.

6.    I am confident that when I stop using the diet, I am still going to keep the weight off, as my body is now trained to eat fat burning foods at the right times.

7.    It made me release that I don’t have to feel bad about being overweight, and  that I can lose (and keep off) the weight safely and naturally.
